Returns & Refunds Policy

1Return Period

Returns are accepted strictly within 10 days from the invoice date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return.

2Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Goods sold in loose or cut quantities.

3Return Conditions

To qualify for return:

• Returned materials must be a minimum of 10 running meters.
• Materials must be in their original, unused condition.

4Refund Policy

Goods sold are not eligible for cash refunds. If a return is approved, an equivalent credit note with no expiry date will be issued instead.
